This is an outstanding opportunity to join our Sourcing & Supply Chain team at ASML US, LLC in Wilton, CT. As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned suppliers and an overall commodity (supply base) to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned suppliers and the overall commodity (supply base) to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Actively pursue continuous improvement with current suppliers and potential suppliers.
- Monitor developments and trends within the supply base and ensure ASML is prepared to react appropriately.
- Execute the QLTCS (supplier performance measurement) process.
- Participate in supplier quality audits and drive closure of findings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supplier management in a high-tech, international manufacturing environment.
- Experience with complex negotiations, problem-solving, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
