Job Title: Security Supervisor

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our client sites, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel at client sites.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential security risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement security training programs for security personnel.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop customized security solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in security management or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in security software and technology.
