Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Team Lead to join our team at ASML US, LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers in the development of advanced lithography machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electrical engineers in the design and development of electrical systems for our lithography machines.
  • Develop and implement electrical design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical systems meet customer requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to ensure that our team is at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills in electrical engineering, including analog and digital circuit design, power supplies, and high voltage systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
