Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Della Infotech. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of invoices, reviewing them for accuracy and completeness, processing checks, reconciling vendor statements, and interacting with vendors or clinics under little to no supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of invoices, ensuring timely payment and accuracy.
  • Process checks, reconcile vendor statements, and interact with vendors or clinics.
  • Assist with complex cases and provide support to the team with projects and initiatives.
  • Review and process staff member expense reports.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
  • Print and maintain all accounts payable reports and files.
  • Reconcile collection and invoice discrepancies, conduct monthly reconciliations of large vendor accounts.
  • Prepare analysis of accounts as needed.
Requirements
  • High volume AP experience, managing millions per week.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 25 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
  • Ability to work with and maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to actively contribute as a team player.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize while alternating between tasks.
  • Adaptability and willingness to consistently learn new skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No travel is expected for this position.

The staff member in this position frequently communicates internally and externally; must be able to exchange accurate information via phone, email, and/or in person.

This position operates in a clerical office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
