Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and our dental team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties such as sorting, opening, and distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Patient Communication: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and provide information to callers.
  • Scheduling and Verification: Schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments.
  • Financial Management: Explain procedures and services to patients, present financial policies, and collect co-payments.
  • Appointment Tracking: Monitor appointments for no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred).
  • Experience: 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of dental software, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn new programs as needed.
