Position Overview


As a Nighttime Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction by implementing company policies, procedures, and performance standards effectively.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring compliance with company standards and executing all policies to guarantee maximum guest satisfaction and a quality work environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all guests are warmly greeted, seated, and served.
Accountable for resolving guest complaints effectively.

Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, gift cards, and all aspects related to guest check payments.

Maintain control of the facility and equipment through preventive maintenance, repairs, security measures, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Oversee food temperatures during handling to minimize the risk of foodborne illnesses.

Train team members during shifts to ensure proper and efficient performance.
Verify that all menu items are prepared and served according to established standards.
Anticipate, identify, and rectify system breakdowns to achieve optimal guest satisfaction.
Communicate with the Manager on Duty and colleagues regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment issues, safety concerns, etc.
Responsible for managing the change fund, cash register, and guest check control. Your performance will directly impact the unit's sales and profits through consistent guest satisfaction and effective cost controls.

Qualifications:
Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service provided through in-house training
Trustworthy; reliable in handling guest payments and operating the cash register
Ability to communicate clearly
Capable of coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
High level of mobility and flexibility required
Ability to work irregular hours under pressure during peak times
Must possess a high level of coordination
Ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 20 pounds for distances up to 30 feet
Must be able to fit through an opening 30" wide
Frequent reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling required
Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and odors
Continual standing and walking necessary
