**Position Overview**

Title: Parking Supervisor

Location: Sacramento Airport

Compensation: $24.59 per hour

Schedule: Full-time Overnight Hours (10 PM - 6 AM, 5 consecutive days followed by 2 consecutive days off)

Role Summary: The Parking Supervisor is a vital part of the Sacramento Union team, responsible for overseeing parking operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with conduct rules, policies, and procedures among staff.
  • Mentor and train team members on daily operational tasks.
  • Assist in setting performance benchmarks and recommend procedural enhancements as needed.
  • Foster excellent customer relations by delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude.
  • Provide assistance to customers via intercom, in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office.
  • Complete reports regarding daily revenue, parking capacity, equipment issues, and other management requests.
  • Support the completion of monthly safety audits for the facility.
  • Facilitate training sessions as required.
  • Help assign duties to Customer Service Representatives and maintenance staff.
  • Coordinate with Airport Operations and other agencies as directed.
  • Address and resolve customer service inquiries and issues.
  • Engage with customers personally, ensuring timely responses and demonstrating a caring attitude.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Previous supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong background in customer service is required.

  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting throughout shifts.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
