Position Overview: The HR Administration Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing and managing established HR processes and procedures. This newly created position will provide support to the HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Total Rewards Manager in various daily functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate updates and maintenance of HRIS information within ADP, including the processing of new hires, terminations, promotions, and other HR-related changes.
  • Manage employee documentation and records within a cloud-based electronic filing system.
  • Assist in the recruitment process for hourly positions.
  • Facilitate orientation and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Support compliance audits, including I-9 audits, benefit audits, EEO, and other reviews.
  • Coordinate logistics for summer internship programs.
  • Contribute to the Performance Management system and process development.
  • Assist the HR team with documentation during significant meetings, including exit interviews and performance evaluations.
  • Help coordinate training initiatives.
  • Maintain HR communication boards and information sections.
  • Oversee the organization of employee and special events.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment processes and coordinate wellness programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree focused on Human Resources or a combination of education and relevant work experience is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration is essential.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, particularly ADP, is necessary.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Position Location: Goodyear, AZ

Reports To: HR Manager

Travel Requirements: Minimal travel expected (0-5%)
