We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ALM Administrator to join our team at KLM Careers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the administration of our Micro Focus ALM tool suite.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and manage Micro Focus ALM licenses, users, and projects
- Configure and customize user roles, workflows, and project entities
- Develop and implement scripting and automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks
- Design and develop workflows and configurations to meet business needs
- Monitor and proactively manage centralized shared tools services, including license servers, databases, and infrastructure
- Integrate Micro Focus ALM with other tools and systems
- Develop and maintain training materials and train users on the effective use of Micro Focus ALM
- Provide technical support and guidance to users on Micro Focus ALM-related topics
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Micro Focus ALM administration and technical support
- Strong knowledge of Micro Focus ALM, including licensing, user management, and project configuration
- Experience with scripting and automation, including VB scripting and Micro Focus ALM OTA API
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and customization
- Experience integrating Micro Focus ALM with other tools and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
