We are currently in search of a Field Operations Specialist for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

The Field Operations Specialist plays a vital role in the planning, execution, and oversight of all job phases to guarantee service delivery aligns with client specifications and expectations. This includes managing Fishing Tool Supervisors, Downhole Tool Supervisors, Thru-Tubing Supervisors, Reverse Unit Supervisors, and Pressure Control Supervisors.

  • Deliver technical guidance to crew members and clients at the well site.
  • Mentor and train new team members.
  • Enhance skills in advanced fishing methodologies.
  • Organize and oversee fishing, milling, thru-tubing, downhole, reverse unit, and related work-over tasks.
  • Compile and present detailed job documentation.
  • Oversee storage and inventory management of supplies and fixed assets on-site.
  • Maintain effective communication with client representatives, rig crews, and field support personnel.
  • Engage in knowledge sharing; instruct on proper operational procedures.
  • Ensure timely completion of all reporting obligations.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company and industry standards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with computer applications, particularly the MS Office Suite.
  • Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in oilfield operations, specifically in open-hole and/or cased-hole environments.
  • At least two years of experience in the relevant product line.
  • Extensive knowledge of fishing tools and associated services.
