Job Summary

Noble Casing Inc is seeking a skilled Pumping Field Operations Specialist to lead our crew in safely performing tasks associated with the operation, rig up/down of pumping equipment, tools, and related equipment in the shop, yard or customer location.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operate, service, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  2. Be proficient in downhole operations, including fluid pumps and other equipment.
  3. Manage a standalone crew, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  4. Directly interact with customers to ensure job completion meets their satisfaction.
  5. Conduct daily meetings with management to discuss operations and address any concerns.
  6. Oversee daily operations, including troubleshooting issues that may arise.
  7. Mentor and lead team members, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  8. Display extensive knowledge of rigging and outside operations of pump, iron, and wellhead.
  9. Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance.
  10. Operate or drive all equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
  11. Assist other employees with equipment rig up and rig down.
  12. Perform required inspections and maintenance of equipment, ensuring iron certifications are current.
  13. Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations.
  14. Actively participate in safety meetings and assist in identifying and addressing risks and hazards.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex downhole fluid dynamic calculations.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency in oilfield well servicing.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects of up to 75 pounds for extended periods.
  • Ability to multi-task and be adaptable.
  • Ability to supervise a crew.
  • Proficiency in complex mathematical equations.
  • Understanding of fluid weights, pipe dimensions, and velocity of fluids.

Special Requirements

This role requires:

  • 21 years or older.
  • A valid CDL Class A with air brakes, with tanker and HAZMAT certifications a plus.
  • Ability to be on location for extended periods of time.
  • 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and lead team members.
