Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at the Department of Health and Human Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and ensuring the efficient operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subordinate staff to ensure the effective delivery of administrative services.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide advice and guidance to senior management on administrative matters, including budgeting and financial management.

Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role, with a focus on administrative services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex administrative issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
