Position Summary:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be instrumental in advocating for and marketing our extensive array of insurance offerings to potential clients. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
  • Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with clients to accurately assess their insurance requirements.
  • Informing clients about diverse insurance products and coverage alternatives.
  • Evaluating client needs and customizing insurance solutions to align with their specific situations.
  • Achieving and surpassing sales objectives through proficient lead generation, prospecting, and closing strategies.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to clients throughout the sales journey and thereafter.
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments, products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients.
Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the insurance field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong skills in negotiation and closing deals.
  • Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Results-driven with a commitment to achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and industry standards (training will be provided).
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Appropriate state insurance license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
