Role Overview

We are in search of a mission-driven Client Relations Specialist who is passionate about fostering sustainable and resilient communities. In this role, you will serve as the representative for our home construction division, collaborating with our sales team and clients to deliver a service experience that aligns with our core values and mission.

Work Environment

This is a non-remote position requiring physical presence for in-person interactions. While office tasks may be conducted remotely or in a hybrid format, face-to-face engagement with clients is essential. We prioritize health and safety, supporting COVID-19 vaccinations and implementing mask mandates during in-person meetings.

Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  1. Address incoming client service inquiries, acting as the primary contact for clients.
  2. Conduct on-site meetings with clients to document service-related issues.
  3. Oversee and monitor the progress of service claims through a dashboard and client queue, ensuring regular updates and managing client expectations.
  4. Collaborate with the Customer Services Technician to comprehend service issues and devise appropriate responses.
  5. Manage daily activities of projects in preparation for client handoff, including warranty and service claims from the point of sale through to warranty walkthroughs.
  6. Schedule and participate in builder walkthroughs with new homeowners.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Relevant prior experience or a degree in communications, business, or sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including active listening, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • The capacity to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation for travel between job sites and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following are advantageous:

  • Experience in project management, planning, time management, task management, and team coordination.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or real estate.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software and service ticketing platforms.
