Position Summary:
This role is based in our Seattle office and is essential for supporting various operational and marketing functions within our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects through your business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will:
1. Oversee transaction processes, monitor critical deadlines, and provide regular updates to clients and team members.
2. Maintain and manage company databases to track leads and business opportunities.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and format proposals and presentations, enhancing our marketing materials.
4. Engage with the local business community by attending industry events and participating in client meetings.
5. Handle lease and amendment documentation, create vouchers, and manage various administrative tasks related to tenant and property communications.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or administrative roles within a professional setting (preferably in real estate, sales, legal, architecture, or construction).
- Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred) and high competency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong initiative and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $23.00 to $38.00, determined by role, level, and location. Our benefits package includes:
- Employer-subsidized medical benefits (including RX, dental, and vision).
