The Junior Client Relations Specialist will collaborate closely with the Customer Service and Sales division. This role is essential in establishing optimal practices and enhancing processes that align with customer satisfaction goals and overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers using provided lead lists, progressing towards developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
- Address inquiries related to order status, payment issues, product details, promotional offers, and technical challenges affecting the customer experience.
- Exhibit strong listening abilities, demonstrate emotional intelligence in challenging situations, and empathize with clients to foster a positive interaction.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of products and services by participating in client meetings focused on technology, sales initiatives, and product updates.
- Cultivate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Boost sales through effective promotional strategies.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A proven track record of exceeding expectations and a commitment to excellence.
- Availability for full-time hours, including weekends.
- Willingness to travel periodically for professional development and networking opportunities.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for assisting others.
- Strong confidence and public speaking capabilities.
