The Field Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to both existing and prospective clients. This position plays a crucial role in driving sales growth by fostering and nurturing relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, following up on sales leads, and maintaining strong connections with current customers. Additionally, the Sales Consultant may propose targeted marketing strategies tailored to specific market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain a network of contacts to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Engage with clients to ascertain their product or service requirements; recommend suitable solutions.
  • Showcase the functionality and benefits of our offerings to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through continuous communication and relationship management; address any post-sale concerns.
  • Keep in touch with past and present clients, informing them about new offerings and enhancements that may interest them.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, including calls, orders, and any challenges in customer or vendor relationships.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts for your territory.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related discipline, or
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Proven sales and negotiation expertise.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Comply with the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
