The Field Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to both existing and prospective clients. This position plays a crucial role in driving sales growth by fostering and nurturing relationships with customers. Additionally, the Sales Consultant may propose targeted marketing strategies tailored to specific market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain a network of contacts to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Engage with clients to ascertain their product or service requirements; recommend suitable solutions.
  • Showcase the functionality and benefits of our offerings to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through continuous communication and relationship management; address any post-sale concerns.
  • Keep in touch with past and present clients, informing them about new offerings and enhancements that may interest them.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, including calls, orders, and any challenges in customer or vendor relationships.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts for your territory.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related discipline, or
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Proven sales and negotiation expertise.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Comply with the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
