As a Registered Nurse (RN) Resident in Cardiac Acute Care at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, you will be part of a dynamic team providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in cardiac arrest response and code blue situations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- National Certification in area of specialty is preferred.
