We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a medical receptionist. This position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 per year and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in [location].

Job Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls and greeting patients
  • Scheduling appointments and preparing schedules
  • Data entry and filing
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment

In addition, you will assist with the preparation and delivery of reports for all lines of business and conduct confirmation calls prior to appointments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of one year of medical receptionist experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and applications

You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a working knowledge of office equipment.
