We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Founder/CEO in a fast-paced environment for a Venture Capital Investment organization.

Responsibilities will encompass calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, office inventory, event management, and prioritization across multiple leaders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent judgment, diplomacy, and discretion when handling sensitive information.

About the company:

Our client is a leading global investment firm that provides capital to best-in-class private technology companies and sophisticated investors worldwide. Over the last decade, they have established their reputation as a reliable source of capital through primary and secondary equity, debt, and structured product investments.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or related role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls while prioritizing demands
  • Arrange travel itineraries, including domestic and international flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, considering the CEO's preferences and priorities
  • Provide administrative support, managing expense reports and handling confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate and maintain office management, including inventory
  • Collaborate with other members of the executive team and administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination and communication
