Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year

About the Role

The CHCP Healthcare and Educational Services LLC is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing switchboard calls, and performing various clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and accurately route them to the proper staff member or voicemail.
  • Take accurate messages when necessary.
  • Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner and direct them to their destination.
  • Process and distribute lead inquires timely and accurately to Admission personnel.
  • Assist with special admission events, including open houses, orientations, high school field trips, etc.
  • Perform data entry and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Facilitate and proctor the Admission assessment.
  • Manage local campus purchase orders and order office supplies.
  • Collect vendor invoices and packing slips for transfer to corporate accounting.
  • Maintain phone extension list and coordinate maintenance requests with building management.
  • Shipping and receiving of all packages.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with a multiple line busy switchboard.
