Account Manager Luxury Service

The Account Manager Luxury Service is a key role within the Miami Dolphins organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our highest-end Luxury Members. This position requires a passion for service, a proactive approach to sales, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Nurture relationships with clients and prospective clients through personalized outreach, networking events, and creative means.
- Develop and implement a client engagement strategy that drives client retention and upsell opportunities.
- Provide a first-class customer service and game day experience, including personalized touchpoints and the activation of Luxury Member benefits.
- Renew expiring Luxury Member agreements into new multi-year agreements.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, add-ons, and upgrades from the current book of business.
- Document all interactions and key account information in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Meet metric expectations and annual goals, while maintaining high service levels, standards, and company values.
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years customer retention or new sales experience with a luxury brand or in the sport, entertainment, or hotel industry.
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C-Level executives.
- Experience working with multi-year contractual agreements.
- Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize both important and urgent requests.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required by the schedule of events.
- Candidate should be competitive, professional, and self-starting.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills required in English and additionally preferred in Spanish.
