Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team at ttg Talent Solutions. As a Senior Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for curating and managing luxury travel experiences for high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budgets, crafting bespoke travel itineraries.
- Design luxury travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, and activities, ensuring every aspect of the journey is seamless.
- Establish strong relationships with hotels, tour operators, and other providers, negotiating contracts to secure exclusive benefits for clients.
- Oversee the accuracy and coordination of travel bookings to meet client expectations.
- Provide outstanding service throughout the planning process, resolving any client concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about new luxury travel trends and attend industry events for networking and professional growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote luxury travel packages and support sales targets.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in luxury travel planning or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience with travel booking systems like Amadeus or Sabre (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of luxury travel destinations and experiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to upsell and cross-sell travel services.
