Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
Compensation

$65,000-70,337.67 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
