As an Account Executive - Commercial Accounts, you will be responsible for generating revenue for the Commercial Accounts business by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and will be expected to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and manage existing relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Follow a consultative sales methodology to position all our products and services to help potential prospects achieve their hiring goals
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
  • Experience hunting for new prospects and customers with an ability to sell solutions to customers
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience with a CRM system preferably Salesforce
  • Energetic and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
