Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team in Morgan Hill. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing sales strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Collaborate with the studio owner and national sales director to ensure the health and profitability of the studio
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of wellness advisors

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in data management and analysis

  • $24/hour base hourly rate starting from based on experience & performance
