Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales and wellness efforts at YogaSix - Morgan Hill.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and building a high-performing team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the wellness industry.

About the Job

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets;
  • Building and managing a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to measure sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales management or a related field;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and manage a sales team;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools to analyze sales performance and optimize results.
