Position: Client Services Liaison
Company: TLRA
The Client Services Liaison position at TLRA is essential for fostering exceptional client relationships and delivering comprehensive support to clients associated with the CHRISTUS Health System. This role encompasses providing outstanding customer service, managing client communications, documentation, reporting, and addressing information inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to engage effectively with clients across various levels, including Directors, CFOs, and Managers, while demonstrating a thorough understanding of TLRA's service offerings and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all TLRA clients, responding to inquiries, resolving challenges, and managing information requests.
- Professionally handle incoming client calls in a timely manner.
- Regularly monitor and report on the status of open issues and service requests.
- Timely communicate client requests, changes, and concerns to management and Collection units.
- Oversee patient account recalls, ensuring accurate documentation and notifications.
- Educate clients and associates about TLRA services and expectations through effective communication.
- Contribute to process enhancement initiatives and provide clients with performance reports and statements.
- Maintain current client profiles and service documentation.
Qualifications:
Education/Skills: A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
Experience: 1 – 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: No specific certifications are required.
Work Schedule: Standard hours are from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
Work Type: This is a Full-Time position.
