Overview

Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate, seeks a seasoned sales professional to lead its commercial vehicle charging initiatives. As Head of Sales for Prologis Mobility, you will drive growth and innovation in the electrification of commercial vehicles.

Salary

$204,000 - $281,000, with a comprehensive compensation package that includes bonus target and long-term incentive opportunities.

Job Description

As a key member of the Prologis Mobility team, you will develop and execute a sales strategy focused on commercial vehicle fleets and logistics clients across North America. Your expertise will be essential in building strong relationships with key customers, negotiating complex contracts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with Prologis Mobility's commercial vehicle electrification goals.
  2. Cultivate Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the light, medium, and heavy-duty trucking sectors.
  3. Negotiate Complex Contracts: Negotiate charging service agreements and other contracts that support Prologis Mobility's business objectives.
  4. Set Performance Targets: Collaborate with the Prologis Mobility leadership team to set clear sales and performance targets for the team.
  5. Drive Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting, aligning with business objectives and providing clear communication to leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience leading an enterprise sales team in a rapid-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and closing large-scale, complex sales deals.
