Sales Business Leader

As a Sales Business Leader at BBVA, you will play a key role in defining and implementing the commercial strategy for our Institutional FICC Flow business. This involves collaborating with the Global Sales Manager to set the unit business plan and budget, taking into account market drivers and investors' appetite. You will lead and promote the distribution of operations among institutional clients, focusing on improving DCM distribution capabilities and credentials.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in sales and commercial strategy. They will be responsible for generating recurrent income to meet revenue targets, managing a client portfolio, and driving the origination of FI/FX commercial opportunities with institutional clients.
We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $300,000, based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications obtained.
