Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our East Coast territory sales team. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team's performance to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, identifying and pursuing target strategic markets and clients, and providing support to the management team while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the New York region, identifying and prioritizing potential communities for partnership.
  • Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives and service offerings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • 5-10 years of work experience in B2B sales and sales management.
  • Experience selling EV products and/or services to commercial property owners and managers in segments that include commercial real estate.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • Track record of successful direct sales management performance in fast-growing companies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional ability to connect with high-level decision makers and convey confidence, sincerity, and credibility in representing Envoy's products and services.

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a remote position.
