Dynamic Commercial Real Estate Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Green Street Advisors LLC. As a member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a passion for commercial real estate to leverage their skills and expertise to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a detailed sales plan to achieve or exceed sales quota
- Generate new revenue by selling Green Street's industry-leading products and services
- Prioritize new opportunities and engage clients proactively on a daily basis
- Sell the value of Green Street's products and services to prospects by articulating how they meet client needs and improve business processes
- Understand the value of Green Street's products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate Green Street's benefits in a compelling manner
- Manage a sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast and track activities within Green Street's CRM application
- Work closely with colleagues across functions and business units to ensure cross-fertilization of ideas, best practices, and training
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in leading software, financial services, information services, commercial real estate, or other technology-based companies. Business-to-business environments preferred
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas while closing new business
- Bachelor's degree required
- A strong understanding of financial concepts and principles as they relate to client needs
- Commercial Real Estate experience helpful but not required
- This role is hybrid requiring employees to come into the office 3 days a week
- Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship requirements

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
