Customer Service Agent

The Customer Service Agent plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. This individual will perform a wide range of administrative and communication tasks, including coordinating with customers and colleagues to drive project completion in a timely manner, while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain open communication with customers through the Zendesk ticketing system
  • Proactively update customers on project status, scheduling, and scope changes
  • Problem-solve to resolve customer issues and drive project progress
  • Manage customer relationships and foster goodwill through 5-star reviews and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project SLAs and timelines are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software
  • High school diploma required
