Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager, Life Sciences

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our Life Sciences sector team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue opportunities and enhancing our market presence in the Life Sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with our Life Sciences Sector OKRs.
  • Collaborate with sector and practice leaders to create actionable business plans and develop metrics to track progress.
  • Deliver thought leadership that positions the firm as a sector leader and opens doors to client conversations.
  • Support pitch strategies, client insights, event management, and storytelling to communicate our sector capabilities effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in business development and marketing for the Life Sciences sector.
  • A passion and deep understanding of Life Sciences clients' needs at all stages of development.
  • Strong client service approach with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-driven environment.
