Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager/Data Science to join our team at Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC). This role will play a critical part in the intersection of technology and strategy, operating at the forefront of AI and deep learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and recommend solutions that improve client capabilities.
  • Identify valuable data sources and automate data collection processes.
  • Analyze data to discover trends and patterns.
  • Provide strategic insight and advice on industry-standard solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive methods for defining product milestones.
  • Monitor product performance and assist in long-term planning.
  • Evaluate an organization's operational and functional baseline.
  • Participate in account strategy sessions and design reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to the client environment.
  • Interface with stakeholders, users, and development teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate a product vision and roadmap.
  • Work with software engineering teams to fulfill user needs.
  • Support the product development lifecycle.
  • Effectively communicate and advocate product vision and goals.
Requirements
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Agile/scrum experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of multiple programming languages and statistical packages.
  • Knowledge of dataset tools and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML).
  • 6+ months of experience in AI space.
  • Adaptive learning and AI curiosity.
Desired Experience
  • Relevant certifications or additional education in Product Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Lead high-performing teams delivering IT solutions.
  • AI/ML familiarity and understanding of AI/ML concepts.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and experience working with diverse teams.
  • Experience working in a joint military environment.
Education
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Desired Education: Master's Degree in a relevant field.
