Your Role
As a motivated professional with a strong background in sales and customer service, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately preparing contracts and proposals while maintaining professional communication with clients.
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers to effectively manage group bookings within the appropriate systems.
  • Updating group changes and ensuring precise billing for each group.
  • Entering essential information into Sales, POS, and Event Management systems.
  • Assisting with individual reservations that qualify for special rates.
  • Generating group reports and maintaining up-to-date group bookings in property systems.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as typing, answering calls, and managing correspondence.
  • Handling leads via phone and email, processing them within our sales system.

What You Bring
We seek candidates with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree in hospitality is preferred.
  • A flexible schedule, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A strong grasp of customer and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
