Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Wipro Engineering Services in the Medical Device domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Account Leadership teams and customers to identify business opportunities and drive sales.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to provide solutions that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Manage existing customer engagements to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Master's degree in engineering, MBA, or related field of study (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience working with a Medical Device company or selling into the Medical Device manufacturing industry.
- Deep knowledge of I4.0 and digital manufacturing solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Very good interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards like ISA 95 / ISA 88.
- Understanding of traditional automation pyramid layers.
- Emerging technologies like IIOT architecture and platforms, cloud/edge, big data analytics, AI/ML, and 5G.
