Role: Sales Specialist for Medical Devices

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Specialist to join our Wipro Engineering team, focusing on the Medical Device domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Operational Technology landscape and be well-versed in Industry 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate demand for Industry 4.0, PLM, and Digital Manufacturing solutions in the Medical Device vertical.
  2. Collaborate with Account Leadership Teams to build opportunity pipelines and support client requirements.
  3. Provide domain expertise in the Medical Device manufacturing industry segment.
  4. Develop and present proposals and quotations to support sales goals and objectives.
  5. Manage existing strategic customer engagements to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  6. Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support customer engagement activities.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  2. Masters degree in engineering, MBA, or related field of study (preferred).
  3. 10+ years of experience working with a Medical Device company or selling into the Medical Device manufacturing industry.
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  5. Very good interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  6. Willingness to travel - up to 50%.
