As we aim to elevate our team's expertise, the Talent Acquisition division is seeking an intern for an upcoming semester. This role within our Human Resources department is crucial for overseeing recruitment documentation, generating analytical reports, creating dashboards, and managing administrative tasks such as organizing and coordinating training sessions and events to support our operations. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and driven by metrics, with a strong enthusiasm for innovation and event coordination.

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Talent Acquisition team in compiling comprehensive local and global policies, processes, and guidelines, contributing to a centralized knowledge repository for Talent Acquisition and key stakeholders. This includes leveraging data, metrics, and statistics from various sources to develop creative analytical solutions. Additional duties encompass administrative support for events, documenting processes, conducting surveys, addressing inquiries related to Talent Acquisition tools, and producing insightful reports to bolster our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation of Recruitment Policies, Processes, and Guidelines: Collect and assess existing knowledge records to identify standardization opportunities. Map the complete recruiting processes and pinpoint documentation gaps that require attention. Establish a centralized repository for global recruiting materials.
  • Compilation and Reporting of Metrics: Gather and synthesize data related to recruitment activities and other pertinent metrics. Create detailed reports to provide insights into the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition initiatives and offer data-driven recommendations.
  • Survey Development: Design, distribute, and analyze surveys to collect feedback from participants before and after training events. Utilize survey results to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Organization of Training/Events: Coordinate and support Talent Acquisition meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Support for Talent Acquisition Initiatives: Assist in the design and execution of talent acquisition programs, including global initiatives, internship schemes, communities of practice, and onboarding processes.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the HR Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling meetings and managing communication with stakeholders and participants.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration (with a focus on Analytics), or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with survey design and data analysis methodologies.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in HR or talent acquisition is advantageous but not mandatory.
