Job SummaryThe Global Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing recruiting documentation, creating insightful reporting, designing dashboards, as well as administrative functions such as organizing, coordinating, and scheduling training activities/events in support of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Policies, Processes and Guidelines Documentation: Gather and analyze all existing knowledge records to find opportunities for standardization. Map end to end recruiting processes and locate documentation gaps that need attention. Identify and establish storage space for global recruiting material.
- Metrics Compilation and Reporting: Collect and compile data related to recruiting activities and other relevant metrics. Generate comprehensive reports to provide insights into the impact of TA initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
- Survey Generation: Design, distribute, and analyze surveys to gather feedback from participants before and after training events. Use survey data to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Training/Event Organization: Organize and support TA meetings, trainings, and events.
- Support Talent Acquisition Initiatives: Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition programs, including global initiatives, internship programs, communities of practice, and onboarding activities.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the HR Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling meetings and support managing communication with stakeholders and participants.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration (with a concentration in Analytics), or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with survey design and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition is a plus but not required.
