Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Marietta. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing local workforce strategies to support our production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the internal staffing process and support external staffing efforts
  • Utilize production staffing forecasts to drive internal/external hiring decisions
  • Schedule and conduct candidate interviews
  • Develop labor strategies to align with contractual bargaining agreements
  • Assist with community outreach initiatives to include K-12, technical colleges, and local college and career academies
  • Lead skills development programs and employee upskilling projects
  • Liaise between various functional teams, including Labor Relations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Production Management
  • Develop reports, presentations, and project management status reports
  • Manage the planning and requirements of the Marietta Apprenticeship Program
  • Organize and maintain documentation as needed to support staffing requirements
