NetSuite Administrator

The NetSuite Administrator at Talent Pool will play a pivotal role in driving the company's digital transformation and operational efficiency. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives on accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

• Configure and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring data integrity and overseeing updates and patches.
• Optimize NetSuite modules, including CRM, inventory, order management, and financials, and integrate ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Provide support and training to end-users, addressing issues and questions.
• Document system processes, configurations, and best practices comprehensively.
• Develop and manage custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches.
• Analyze data to support business decisions and identify areas for process improvement.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data security and compliance.
• Assist with audit preparations and compliance reporting.
• Plan, test, and deploy new NetSuite modules and system upgrades.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives.

• Strong experience with NetSuite administration, including system configuration, data management, and reporting.
• Expertise in CRM, inventory, order management, and financial modules.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Experience with integrating ecommerce platforms within NetSuite.
• Familiarity with retail processes, including inventory management, order processing, and POS systems.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements within the NetSuite environment.
• Excellent communication skills to provide support and training to end-users.
• NetSuite Certification (is a plus): NetSuite Administrator or other relevant NetSuite certifications are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
