Administrative Assistant Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant at UHY LLP, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our team and the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to facilitate the organization's operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Assist with financial tasks, such as formatting financial statements and proposals, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and assist with expense tracking and reimbursement processes.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, and provide exceptional customer service to internal staff and external stakeholders.
  • Occasionally cover the reception area and perform other office support tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in using office software and tools, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and comparing reports across various platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with software such as Engagement, CCH Prosystem FH, Axcess Tax, Axcess Document, Axcess Workstream, Maconomy, and Safesend.
