Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Role: Support for Addiction Treatment Initiatives
Location: New Britain Area
Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 10 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver healthcare services to individuals experiencing substance use challenges
- Facilitate communication and coordination among the treatment team and external healthcare providers
- Oversee medication management and address pharmacological concerns
- Provide medical insights and educational support to team members
Qualifications:
- Current LPN licensure in Connecticut
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Background in substance use treatment and mental health issues
- A minimum of five years of clinical practice
- Possession of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
