Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: New Britain Area

Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 10 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver medical assistance to individuals facing substance use challenges
  • Facilitate communication and care coordination between the treatment team and external healthcare providers
  • Manage medication distribution and address pharmacological concerns
  • Provide medical insights and educational support to team members

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN licensure in Connecticut
  • High school diploma is mandatory; Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience in handling substance use disorders and mental health issues
  • A minimum of five years in clinical practice
