Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: New Britain Area
Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 10 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver medical assistance to individuals facing substance use challenges
- Facilitate communication and care coordination between the treatment team and external healthcare providers
- Manage medication distribution and address pharmacological concerns
- Provide medical insights and educational support to team members
Qualifications:
- Current LPN licensure in Connecticut
- High school diploma is mandatory; Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience in handling substance use disorders and mental health issues
- A minimum of five years in clinical practice
- Possession of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
