Job Summary
The Wheeler Clinic is seeking a skilled Fee for Service Evaluator/Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will provide intake assessments and psycho-educational group services for Pre-Trial Drug and Alcohol Education clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-facilitate psycho-educational groups for clients referred by the Court Support Services Division (CSSD).
- Conduct intake assessments for Pre-Trial Drug and Alcohol Education clients and make recommendations to the court regarding the level of program and/or treatment necessary.
- Provide case management duties, including telephone contact with clients and referral sources, as needed.
- Facilitate orientation to the program for newly referred clients, ensuring they understand and agree to the service and comply with agency policies.
- Advise clients regarding program guidelines and complete all required documentation, following established Wheeler Clinic protocol.
- Attend clinical supervision and training sessions as required.
- Communicate client and agency issues to the Program Manager in a timely manner.
- Submit vouchers within one month of the date of service.
Requirements
- Candidate must have a license or certification in one of the following fields with 1 year of experience working with substance abusing clients:
- LADC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, MD/DO, CAC, CADC, or Psychologist.
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related license-eligible field, or a doctoral degree in Psychology with 1 year of experience working with substance abusing clients.
- Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience providing services to adults with substance use disorders.
