Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse
Role: Support for Addiction Treatment Initiatives
Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 10 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver healthcare services to individuals facing substance use challenges
- Facilitate communication between the treatment team and external healthcare providers
- Assist in medication management and address pharmacological concerns
- Provide medical insights and training to team members
Qualifications:
- Current LPN licensure in Connecticut
- High school diploma is mandatory; Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience in dealing with substance use disorders and mental health issues
- A minimum of five years in a clinical setting
- Possession of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
