Your primary goal will be to support employee development initiatives, onboarding, recruiting, HR compliance, and performance management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support employee development initiatives, including training programs, performance evaluations, and career growth opportunities.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to interviewing, selection, and offer process.
  • Ensure company policies are up-to-date and compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Human Resources Generalist or equivalent role.
  • A well-rounded knowledge of human resource (HR) matters, including employee relations and compliance.
  • A strong Emotional I.Q. and excellent communication skills.
