We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Insight Global. As an HRBP, you will serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to our employees and managers, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and objectives.

About the Role:

  • ">
  • You will partner with business leaders and managers to understand their needs and challenges while providing effective HR solutions, including talent development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.">
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with legal requirements and company values.">
  • Facilitate employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives, such as feedback surveys, recognition programs, career paths, and learning opportunities.">
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and consistent manner.">
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, conducting appraisals, providing feedback, and coaching.">
  • Assist with the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, as needed.">
  • Analyze HR data and metrics and provide insights and recommendations to business leaders and managers.">
  • Stay updated on the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal regulations and ensure compliance across the organization.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.">
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or a similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.">
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.">
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive situations.">
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software, such as ADP Workforce Now.">
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.">
  • Fluency in English is a must; Spanish fluency is highly preferred.">

Estimated Salary:

">

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
