Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions and ensure compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, compliance, and compensation and benefits administration.

A minimum of 10 years of experience as a human resources leader is required. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as human resources or business is also required. Strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices in a manufacturing or distribution setting is necessary.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. This position requires the candidate to be on site in Sacramento, CA daily.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support company goals.
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing issues, grievances, and concerns.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees to meet staffing needs.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Oversee performance appraisal process and provide support to supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Administer and monitor compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as human resources or business.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a human resources leader.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, database management, spreadsheet creation, email, and internet.
